Undergraduate Embedded Certificate in Signal Processing

General Information

 

The requirements for a minor and the undergraduate certificate of the same name are the same. Either will appear on the transcript. For a certificate, a diploma-like document is awarded as well. A student choosing the minor may not also receive the certificate and vice versa.

 

Open to all non-ECE OSU students initially admitted to the university as part of an Associate or Bachelor Degree program. with GPA 1.7 or higher. Not open to ECE students.

 

Up to six credit hours of the certificate may also be counted toward major degree. Check with your home department for local rules. Note: We are applying to relax the overlap between the certificate and the major to 100% of course credits. This is expected to be retroactive.

 

A GPA of 2.0 in minor courses required; only grades of C- or better may be counted toward the minor
