Stand-Alone Graduate Certificate in Semiconductor Devices

General Information

A bachelor of science in engineering or the physical sciences, or equivalent experience required. Participants should be familiar with chemistry, calculus-based physics, and differential equations.

Up to six credit hours from one of the following Embedded Graduate Certificates may be double-counted toward another certificate in this list: Stand-Alone Graduate Certificate in Semiconductor Devices, Stand-Alone Graduate Certificate in Semiconductor Fabrication Technology, and Stand-Alone Graduate Certificate in Semiconductor Optoelectronics.

A GPA of 3.0 in certificate courses is required; only grades of C- or better may be counted toward the certificate.

All courses are in person.

All courses in the certificate must be taken at The Ohio State University.
