ECE Hall of Fame: Dale A. Krummen

Distinguished alumnus Dale Krummen led a successful career in electric power systems after graduating from The Ohio State University with an MS degree in 1989. He was employed by American Electric Power (AEP) and was privileged to work with some of the best electric utility power system innovators and developers.

Krummen participated in the engineering, design, construction, and commissioning of nuclear and fossil electric generating plants, as well as extra-high voltage (EHV) transmission substations. He represented AEP in several technology developments, and demonstration projects, in collaboration with other utility companies, as well as universities and national laboratories.

Krummen is a Senior Member of IEEE.
