Follow @OhioStateECE Online
Once a year I like to reintroduce myself, reminding folks there is an actual human being behind the flow of research news and department content posted here on the ECE website, as well as on our numerous other social media channels. I hope you take a moment to seek us out and follow along:
I spent over 16 years as a journalist in Ohio, helping thousands to better understand breaking news and government activities in their communities. Here at ECE, I try to remove the highly-technical barriers preventing those from learning the science behind Electrical and Computer Engineering. I want everyone to be able to see what our faculty, staff, researchers and students are up to. It's some amazing stuff.
More importantly, every post, photo, video or story I put out there is an opportunity for everyone to help our mission by extending the message of what we do, as well as your legacy as alumni or a current student. By simply letting me know you are paying attention online, we can expand our reach by the thousands every day. It's already working.
Thanks for your time, and congratulations for being a part of The Ohio State University Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering community. If you see me around Dreese say "Hi," or keep me posted on news topics and people I should write about: firstname.lastname@example.org or (614) 688-1420.
