K12 Engineering Outreach Crowdfunding Page Launches

On May 2, The Ohio State University helped the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering launch its first crowdfunding page to keep the K12 Engineering Outreach Program going strong.

Since 2008, hundreds of student volunteers have inspired over 13,500 underserved children at schools, summer camps and libraries across Ohio. People have offerred to donate in the past. Now, the university has stepped in make it easy. 

The goal of this new crowdfunding page is to raise $3,500 throughout the month of May. The good news? One week in and donations already hit over halfway to that goal. 

In this case, a little donation goes a long way.
