ECE among 10 top-paid majors

Electrical and computer engineering both ranked on the National Association of Colleges and Employers' list of the ten majors that yield the highest starting salaries.

NACE’s Winter 2010 Salary Survey shows that eight of the top 10 majors are in engineering, including electrical (ranked #6, with an average salary offer of $59,074) and computer engineering (ranked #5 with an average salary offer of $60,879).

The only non-engineering related degrees in the top 10 were computer science and information sciences and systems.
