Two ECE grad students awarded Presidential Fellowships

ECE grad students Praphun Naenna (advisor: Prof. Joel Johnson) and Onur Ozan Koyluoglu (advisor: Prof. Hesham El-Gamal ) were awarded Presidential Fellowships in the Fall 2009 competition. Recipients of this award “embody the highest standards of scholarship in Ohio State graduate programs.”
